Image to Prompt provides two core services: a free online AI image generator and an image-to-prompt conversion tool. Our platform supports multiple artistic styles (photorealistic, anime, oil painting, and sketch), various aspect ratios, and different Flux AI models, designed to meet both rapid creation needs and professional quality requirements.
2. User Rights and Responsibilities
As a user of Image to Prompt, you have the right to access our AI image generator and image-to-prompt conversion tools. You are responsible for the content you create and must ensure it complies with our content guidelines. This includes avoiding the generation of content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains inappropriate material.
3. Content Creation Guidelines
When using our AI image generator, you agree to create content that: (a) respects copyright and trademark laws, (b) avoids explicit or offensive material, (c) does not misrepresent or impersonate others, and (d) follows our style-specific usage guidelines for photorealistic, anime, oil painting, and sketch outputs.
4. Service Access and Models
We offer various AI models including Flux.1 schnell, Flux.1 dev, and Flux-1.1 pro/ultra, each with specific capabilities and quality levels. While basic services are free, premium features may require additional permissions or subscriptions. We reserve the right to adjust model availability and features.
5. Generated Content Rights
You retain rights to the images generated through our AI image generator and the prompts created via our image-to-prompt tool. However, we maintain the right to use anonymized generation data to improve our services and models.
6. Technical Limitations
Our services support specific aspect ratios (1:1, 2:3, 3:2, 16:9, 21:9) and file formats. Generated images are stored for 24 hours. While we strive for optimal performance, generation speed and quality may vary based on selected models and system load.
7. Quality Standards
While we employ advanced AI models to ensure high-quality outputs, results may vary based on input prompts, selected styles, and chosen models. We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes but commit to maintaining consistent technical standards across our services.
8. Service Updates
We continuously improve our AI models and features. Major updates to our image generation or prompt conversion capabilities will be announced in advance. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
9. Data Processing
Images uploaded for prompt generation and prompts used for image generation are processed securely. We implement industry-standard security measures but do not permanently store your generated content unless explicitly requested.
